COMMITTEE MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Kevin England, Rodney Burch, Bryan Hall, Stewart Ward, Joey Bowers, and Brandon Jackson represented Kent Oram. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: March 6, 2019. Mayor England entertained a motion to approve the minutes as emailed. Jackson motioned to approve the minutes; Ward seconded. All committee members voted in favor, motion passed. GENERAL BUSINESS: 1. Exterior Concept Plan. (Committee will Review and Discuss an exterior concept). Architect Meyers Anderson presented an exterior concept and floor layout for the City Hall. Meyers Anderson recommended adding symbols to the design of the building. The Committee liked the concept and the placement of the clock tower. They recommended adding some pop out features to the roof to help break up the long stretches, and was concerned that the green sections would blend into the surrounding buildings and not standout. The Committee also recommended looking at the size of the bricks to create a nice feel for the building. ADJOURN: Mayor England adjourned at 1:32.
