NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use Commission of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho, will conduct a public
hearing at 7:00 PM on September 10,
2019 at Chubbuck City Council Cham-
bers, 5160 Yeilowstone Avenue, Chub -
buck, Idaho, with respect to the follow-
ing item:
An application for a zone change to C-2
General Commercial for the western
portion of the property that is currently
zoned R-2 Limited Residential; the total
property consists of approximately 2.38
acres. The subject property is located
within the Northeast 114 of the South-
west 1/4 of Section 3, Township 6
South, Range 34 East, of the Boise
Meridian, Idaho. Subject property is
generally located on the northwest cor-
ner of Mingo and Yellowstone at 122
Mingo Lane. Type of Action: Recom-
mendation.
A complete description of each item is
available to the public on request at the
City Office. Commission packet will be
available at the City Office on Septem-
ber 3, 2019. Any and all persons may
register comments, protests, or agree-
ments on the hearing subjects being
considered. Oral testimony concerning
these proposals may be offered at the
public hearing. Commission may limit
oral testimony. Written testimony must
be received by the Planning Department
at least 7 days prior to the hearing, shall
comply with standards established in
City Code 18.28.020.D7., and shall be
considered public record.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special ac-
commodations to participate in the
meeting should contact the City Plan-
ner, Paul Andrus at 208.237.2430 at
least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
