SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO, 797
Ordinance No. 797 the City of Chubbuck,
a municipal corporation of the state of
Idaho, providing for the change of land
use district from Agricultural (A) to Cre-
ative Community -Harvest Springs{CC-
HS); with respect to certain lands Eying
within the boundaries of the City o€
Chubbuck and which lands are more
particularly described in the ordinance,
declaring that the city council finds that
such change in land use pattern is con-
sistent with those prescribed by the
city's comprehensive plan; providing
that these ordinances shall be in effect
after their passage, approval and publi-
cation.
The full text of these ordinances are avail-
able at the City Clerk's Office, Chub -
buck City Offices, 5160 Yellowstone,
Chubbuck, ID 83202.
I have reviewed the foregoing summary
and believe it provides a true and cor-
rect summary of Ordinance No. 797
and that the summary provides ade-
quate notice to the public of the con-
tents of this ordinance.

published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
