being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says:
SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO
An ordinance of the City of Chubbuck, a
municipal corporation of the state of Ida-
ho, adopting Chapter 18.34 Creative
Community -harvest Springs zoning Dis-
trict (CC -HS); defining thegeographical
area encompassed by said zoning dis-
trict and the intent and purpose of said
zone; providing definitions; providing for
build -out densities, both maximum and
minimum and occupied floor area; pro-
viding for open space requirements; set-
ting forth a schedule of general controls
for the land use designations within the
area of Residential (R), Village (V),
Town(T) and Business and Research
Park (BRP) and land use charts setting
forth uses that are permitted, condition-
ally permitted, permitted with restrictions
or not permitted; proving for lots sizes
and widths, setbacks and building
heights in the various land use districts;
proving for general controls including
clustering, like uses facing like uses;
fencing, buffering, utilities and storage
of recreational vehicles and other such
vehicles; requiring an Architectural Con-
trol Committee; providing for appralsals
through a master development plan pro-
cess; addressing corner lots, entry side-
walks and porches and ground -level
aesthetics and access; proving parking
standards with required number of
spaces and dimensions; providing sig-
nage, landscaping and street standards;
providing for parks and open spaces;
providing for administrative provisions,
appeals, interpretations and deviations
from the Master Plan Approval; provid-
ing for the repeal of conflicting ordi-
nances; providing for the severability of
theprovisions of this ordinance; provid-
ing =this ordinance shall be in ef-
fect.

I have reviewed the foregoing summary
and believe it provides a true and cor-
rect summary of Ordinance No. 796
and that the summary Provides ade-
quate notice to the public of the con-
tents of this ordinance.

published, at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of
