RESOLUTION NO. 2 - 80
WHEREAS, on the 8 thday of 0anuary , 1980 , the
Mayor and Council of the City of Chubbuck adopted Resolution
No. ]-80, imposing a moratorium on permits for production dwell-
ings (mobile homes), pending further study of proper planning
for such dwellings; and
WHEREAS, in adopting such resolution, it was the intent of
the Mayor and Council to prevent placement of production dwell-
ings at new or additional locations within the City's jurisdic-
tion, pending the study; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the replacement of one production
dwelling by another, at the same location, would not interfere
with the purpose of the moratorium;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, that the intent of Resolution No. ]-80
is hereby clarified and limited to placement of mobile homes
at new or additional locations; provided, however, that this
resolution shall not constitute a waiver of any ordinance
provisions with respect to mobile homes.
