RESOLUTION NO. 4 - 80
WHEREAS, on January 8, 1980, the Mayor and Council of the City of
Chubbuck adopted Resolution No. 1-80, imposing a four-month moratorium
upon issuance of any conditional use permits for mobile home or production
dwelling units or courts, and upon hearings relating to such permits, in
order to enable the city tO engage in proper planning and review of the
city's comprehensive plan and ordinances pertaining to mobile and produc-
tion units and courts; and
WHEREAS, the city has undertaken studies and has conducted numerous
public hearings on the subject matter; and
WHEREAS, the Council has instructed the city attorney to prepare
one or more amendatory ordinances which will affect the zoning and develop-
mental standards for mobile and production units and courts within the city
and in the area of city impact; and
WHEREAS, an additional period of sixty days is needed to review such
amendatory ordinances and to determine whether or not they should be
enacted, in whole or in part;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, that the moratorium imposed by Resolution No. 1-80
is hereby extended for a period of sixty additional days, expiring on the
8th day of July, 1980.
PASSED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, this
6th day of May, 1980, in duly called special meeting.
