WHER£AS Chubbuck City Ordinance No. 207 ("Land Improvement Standards Ordinance")
directs the City Engineer to recommend to the City Council a schedule of reasonable fees
for inspections conducted under said ordinance; and
WHEREAS the City Engineer has recommended the schedule dated July 24, 1980, which is
attached hereto and incorporated herein; and
WHEREAS the City Council finds and hereby declares that the attached schedule of
inspection fees is reasonable and should be implemented;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
1. That the attached fee schedule be adopted and the charges therein stated
be imposed for all inspections conducted on and after the date of publication of the
schedule as provided by Ordinance No. 207.
2. That the Chubbuck City Clerk or her deputy forthwith cause the schedule to be
published and posted in the Chubbuck City Offices as provided in said ordinance.
3. That the Chubbuck City Engineer cause such ~.nspectio6s to be conducted only
upon receipt by the City of the required fees.
