RESOLUTION NO. 3-81
WHEREAS, the Uniform Sign Code, adopted (with amendments)
by ordinance of the City of Chubbuck, provides that permit
fees and plan-checking fees for signs shall be established by
the governing body of the city; and
WHEREAS, the processes of checking plans and issuing
permits for signs are analogous to such processes performed
in regard to other types of structures under the Uniform
Building Code adopted by the city;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, that the fee schedule under the
Uniform Sign.Code shall be the same as the fee schedule establish-
ed by the Uniform Building Code or by an ordinance amending
the fee schedule of the Uniform Building Code, as now in effect
and as such schedule may be revised from time to time.
