RESOLUTION NO. 4-81
WHEREAS, The State of Idaho did by enactment of I.C. section 50-476,
adopt joint registration procedures available to cities of the
State under Title 34, Idaho Code, and
WHEREAS, the City of Chubbuck deems it to be to the best
interests of all qualified electors residing within the City to be
granted joint registration rights with Bannock County,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,
That the City of Chubbuck does hereby elect to conform its
practices for registration of qualified electors to those contained
in the Title 34, Idaho Code as the same may be necessary to adopt,
joint registration procedures pursuant to I.C. Section 50-476.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City ad6pt its registration
forms to the extent necessary to adopt joint registration procedure,
with such registration to be filed with the County Clerk of Bannock
County, in accordance with Idaho Code section 50-423.
