WHEREAS: The State of Idaho Department of Transportation
together with the Federal Higtmmy Administration desire to
adopt a Functional Classification Plan for all streets, roads
and highways within the City of Chubbuck, and;
WHEREAS: A map illustrating said designations has been
presented to the City for review and co~amm~t, and;
WHEREAS: A public h~ring coneming the proposed plan was
held and no negative co~nts presented;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Chubuak does hereby adopt the 1990 URBAN FUNCTIONAL
CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM AND URBAN BOUNDARY as it pertains to Chubbuck,
as presented on the map entitled POCAT~.TO/CHUBBUCK FUNCTIONAL
CLASSIFICATION PLAN, and authorizes the Mayor of Chubbuck to sign the
official map of said system and boundary.
BE IT FUR/MER RESOLVED, that the adoption of the 1990 URBAN
FUNCTIONAL CLASSIFICATION SYSTH/AND URBAN BOUNDARY shall not constitute
a mod~{fication of or a~en~t to the City's comprehensive plan or
the terms defined and provisions cont~ned therein.
