RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Idaho Transportation Department, Division of
Highways of the State of Idaho has submitted a Cooperative Traffic
Signal Maintenance Agreement stating obligations of the State and
Ci'~y of CHUBBUCK 'i~ :i~c: i.~'int:en:,nce of existing traffic
signal(s) on the urban extens'~on or' ti',e State Highway System within
the corporate limits of the City of CHUBEUCK .
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That the Cooperative Traffic Signal Maintenance Agreemen~
is hereby accepted and approved.
2. That the' Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute
the agreemen: on behalf of the City of CHUBBUCK .
2. The d~ly certified copies of this resolution shall be
furnished to the Di'vision of Highways.
