RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the IDAHO TRANSPORATION DEPARTMENT, Division
of Highways, of the State of Idaho, has submitted a
Cooperative Agreement stating obligations for the State and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That the Cooperative Agreement is hereby accepted
and approved.
2. That the ./~.~ZzV~/- of the
~f J~z~ ~,~/~ and Clerk are authorized to
execute the Agreement on behalf of the . ~_-/~?
