CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO
BE IT RESOLVED, By the Mayor and Council of the City of
Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho, to pay the estimated expenses of
said City, that there by levied aqainst all the taxable property
of the said City, the following amounts for the fiscal year of
1982-83 and that the same be certified to the County Auditor of
Bannock County:
TORT CLAIM (Insurance-Exempt)
GENERAL FUND EXPENSES
LAW ENFORCEMENT EXPENSES
FIRE CONTROL EXPENSES
PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT (STREET) EXPENSES
TOTAL

IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Clerk is authorized,
and directed, to certify said levies to the County Auditor of
Bannock, by forwarding thereto a copy of this resolution.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho this 31st day of Auqust , 1982.
