~t is resolved by the City Council of the City of Chubbuck,
Bannock County, Idaho for the purpose of the City Election to be
held November 8, 1983 to wit:
I
That the City of Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho shall be
and constitutes one (1) election precinct.
II
That the City Council hereby designates as a suitable polling
place for the conduct of the City Election, aforesaid, the City
Municipal Building located at 5160 Yellowstone Avenue.

be appointed as Election Judges and Election Clerks for the
conduct of said City Election in November of 1983, and that
the compensation of such Election Judges and Clerks shall be
$35.00
