RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the IDAHO TRANSPORATION DEPARTMENT, Division
of Highways, of the-~State'of-IdahoT--has submitted a
Cooperative Agreement stating obligations for the State and
~1'~ ~ ~,~V~F.._ for maintenance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT'RESOLVED:
1. That the Cooperative Agreement is hereby accepted
and approved.
2. That the ~9~0~ ~.~ ~I¢~K of the ~y

execute the Agreement on behalf of the ~l~ ~ ~~kl
3 The duly certified copies of this Resolution shall be
furnished to the Division of Highways.
