CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTYv STATE OF IDAHO
BE IT RESOLVED, By Mayor and Council of the City
of ChubbuCk, Bannock County, Idaho, to pay the estimated
expenses of said City, that there be levied against all
the taxable property of the said City, the following amounts
for the fiscal year 1987'88 and that the same be certified
to the County Auditor of Bannock County:

GENERAL FUND EXPENSES
LAW ENFORCEMENT EXPENSES
FIRE CONTROL EXPENSES

IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Clerk is authorized,
and directed, to certifY said levies to the. County Auditor of
Bannock, by forewarding thereto a copy of this resolution.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho on this 8th day of September, 1987.
