WHEREAS, West-Central Emergency Equipment and its proposed
assignee, Key Bank of Idaho (hereinafter called Lessor), has
tendered to the City of Chubbuck, State of Idaho (hereinafter
called City) a Lease for a 1968 International Boardman Fire
Truck.
WHEREAS, the council of said City has said proposed Lease
before it and has given it careful review and consideration; and
WHEREAS, it is considered that the best interest of said
City will be subServed by the acceptance of said Lease.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK:
That the terms of the Lease submitted by the Lessor as
aforesaid be, and the same are hereby, accepted in behalf of said
City;
That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized, empowered
and directed to execute said Lease on behalf of said city and
that the City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized and
directed to attest said agreement and to attach to each duplicate
original of said agreement a certified copy of this Resolution.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho on the 1st day of February, 1989.
