VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO
WHEREAS, Heretofore on the /z/ day of December, 1965, the Chairman and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho passed
and adopted an~ Estimate of Expenses eattmating that the total amount of money
needed for ~neral Purposes, not including expenses for Bond Issues, of the Village
of Chubbuck for the fiscal year co~encing on the 1st day of January, 1966 to
be the total s~ of ~e Hu~red Fo~ Thousand Seven Hundred ~entyFive Dollars
and Fourty Seven Cents, ( $ lO&,725.&7 ), and
~ereas, a ten mill le~ is insufficient and will not provide the ~o~t
of money necessary to be raised and provided throu~ a General T~ Levy to
pay said genera ~penses of said Village during said fiscal year, aN
~ereas, it appears to the Chairman and Board of Trustees of said Village
that it is necessa~ that a general levy of not to exceed twenty-five ~lls
be ~de upon gl t~le property within said Village in order to raise the
necessary amo~t of money estimated to be req~red for general purposes for
the use of said Village, during said fiscal year.
NOW, ~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Chairman and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Chu~uck, Bannock County, Idaho that Tuesday the 11th day of
J~uary, 1966, at the ho~ of 8:~ P.M., at the M~ici~l B~tng in
Chubbuck, that being the regular meeting place of s~d Board, be set as the
day and place for holding a P~lic Hearing on the question of ~king a
general t~ le~ for the Village of Chubbuck for the current fiscal year
in the ~o~t ~ not to exceed twenty-five ~lls on each dollar of the
assessed v~u~ion of ~1 t~le property in said Village.
BE ~T FURTH~ ~SOL~D That the Village Clerk be ~d she is hereby
ordered to give due notice of the time and place of the holding of said
hearing in the ~er provided by law.
