VILLAGE OF CRIIBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO
WHEREAS, Heretofore on the llth day of December, 1962 the Chariman and
the Board of Trustees of the Village of Chubbuck,Bannock County, Idaho
passed and adopted an estimate of ex~:~enses estimating that the total amount
of money needed for general purpoees, not including expenses for bond issues,
of the Village of Chubbuck for the fiscal l~ear commencing on the 1st day of
January, t963 to be the total s~ of Seventy Seven Thousand Three Hundred
Ei~t~ Five Dollars, ($77,38~.00), and
~MiEREAS, a ten mill levy is insufficient add will not provide the amount
of money necessary to be raised and provided through a general tax levy to
pay said general eSenses of said Village during said fiscal ~ear, and
~J~N~ISREAS, it appears to the Chairman and the Board of Trustees of said
Village that it is necessary that a general levy of not to exceed twenty-
five mills be made upon all taxable ~roperty within said Village in order
to raise the necessary amount of mo~ey estimated to be required for geoeral
purposes for the use of said Village, during said fiscal ~ear.
~OW~.~ THE~,~FORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED By the Chariman and the Board of
Trustees of the Village of Chubbuck, BanDock County, Idaho that Tuesday the
8th day of January, 1963 at the hour of 8:00 P.M., at the ~lunicipal Building
in Chubbuck, that being the regular meeting ~lace of said Board, be set as
the day and place for holding a Public Hearing on the ~uestion of making a
~eneral tax le~y for the Village of Chubbuck for the current fiscal year in
the ~ount not to exceed twenty-five mills on each dollar of the assessed
v~lu~tion of all p~operty taxable in said Village.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED ~at the Vitlaf~e Clerk be a~d she is hereby
ordered to ~ive due notice of the time and ~.lace of the holding of said
hearing im the manner provided by law.
