The undersigned hereby certifies that:
1. She is the duly appointed, qualified, and acting
Clerk of the Village of Chubbuck, County of Bannock, State
of Idaho, and keeper of the records thereof, including the
journal of its proceedings.
2. The copy of the Resolution annexed hereto entitled:
"RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
· OFFER TO AMEND AN URBAN PLANNING GRANT TO THE
BANNOCK COUNTY PLANNING AGENCY TO AID IN
FINANCING PROJECT DESIGNATED AS NO. IDA.
is a true, correct, and compared copy of the original Resolution
accepting the offer by the United States of America Dated
February l, 1960, designated Contract No. Ida. P-1 (G), as
finally adopted at a meeting held on ,~-~ day of ,~, 1960,
which was duly convened in conformity with all applicablo
requirements; a proper qmor~m was present thro~ghoot said
meeting, and the resolution was duly proposed, considered,
and adopted in conformity wit~ applicable requirements; and
all other requirements and proceedings incident to the proper
adoption thereof have been duly fulfilled, carried out, and
otherwise observed.
3. Said Resolutio~ became effective on the date
theret~ specified, having previously been signed or approved
by any and all parties, if any, required by law to so sign
