RESOLUTION No. 1-2002
WHEREAS, the fees for various filings and hearings pursuant to Titles 15, 16, 17 and 18
of the Chubbuck Municipal Code dealing with land use and development have not been changed
for a number of years;
WHEREAS, staff has quantified the time and materials required to process such filing
and hearings and made a recommendation to the Land Use and Development Commission and to
the Chubbuck City Council for increases;
WHEREAS, at the request of the Building Contractors Association of Southeast Idaho,
Inc., a group that includes home builders and developers requested that a committee be formed to
review and make recommendations on such fees;
WHEREAS. such a committee was appointed and has made recommendations to the
Chubbuck City Council;
WHEREAS, notice of such fee increase has been published pursuant to Idaho Code as
required where the proposed fee increase is more than 5%.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Chubbuck as follows:
