AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDING ORDINANCE
#561, THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OCTOBER 1, 2002
AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,2003: APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONEYS THAT
ARE TO BE RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO IN THE SUM OF
$575,000. AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO:
Section 1: That Ordinance #561, the appropriation ordinance for the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho for the fiscal year commencing October 1, 2002 and ending September 30, 2003, be the
same is hereby amended as follows:
That the additional sum of $75,000. be appropriated out of the revenues from the Fire
Department Federal Grants Revenues to be used for authorized activities.
That the additional sum of $400,000. be appropriated out of Sewer/Sanitation Reserve
Funds to be used for authorized activities.
That the additional sum of $100,000. be appropriated out of the revenues from the Tax
Increment Fund to be used for authorized activities.
Section 2: That the rule requiring ordinances to be read on three separate days is hereby
dispensed with, and this ordinance shall become effective upon its approval and publication,
provided by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL of the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, this 14th, day of October, 2003.
