AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDING ORDINANCE
#546, THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OCTOBER 1, 2001
AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,2002: APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONEYS THAT
ARE TO BE RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO IN THE SUM OF
$805,500. AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO:
Section 1: That Ordinance #546, the appropriation ordinance for the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, for the fiscal year commencing October 1, 2001 and ending September 30, 2002, be the
same is hereby amended as follows:
That the additional sum of $500,000. be appropriated out of the revenues from the Tax
Increment Fund to be used for authorized activities.
That the additional sum of $45,500. be appropriated out of the Fire Department Federal
Grant Revenues to be used for authorized activities.
That the additional sum of $260,000. be appropriated out of the revenues from the 1995
Water Bond Proceeds to be used for authorized activities.
Section 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication.
PASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, this
