0151 Zoning Bunce/Height Subdivision 1975ORDINANCE NO. 1~1 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN LANDS AND PROPERTY WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK KNOWN AS THE BUNCE SUBDIVISION TO BE RE-Z. ONED AND CHANGED FROM AGRICULTURAL TRANSITIONAL (A-~)~O SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R-l); PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN LANDS AND PROPERTY WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK KNOWN AS THE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION TO BE RE-ZONED AND CHANGED FROM AGRICULTURAL TRANSITIONAL (A- T) TO COMBINED RESIDENTIAL (R-2) EXCEPTING THEREFROM A PORTION OF SAID LANDS AND PROPERTY HEREINDESCRIBED RE- ZONED AND CHANGED FROM AGRICULTURAL TRANSITIONAL (A-T) TO MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R-3); AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO: SECTION 1: Bunce Subdivision. The following described lands and property within the boundaries of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, known as the Bunce Subdivision, are hereby re-zoned and changed from Agricultural Transitional (A-T) to Single-Family Residential (R-l): Beginning at the South quarter corner of Section 2, T.6S., R.34E., B.M., thence N0°53'38"W along Section 2 longitudinal quarter line, 215.0 ft. to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing along said Section 2 longitudinal quarter line N0°53'38"W, 880.0 ft; thence S 89°06'22"W, 657.71 ft.; thence S0°57'13"E 853.72 ft.; thence S89°44'06"E, 166.97 ft.; thence S0°53'38"E, to the south line of Section 2, 228.0 ft.; thence S89°44'06"E, along said section line, 50.0 ft.; thence N0°53'38"W, 215.0 ft.; thence S89°44'06E, 290.0 ft.; thence S0°53'38"E, to the south line of Section 2, 215,0 ft.; thence S89°44'06"E, along said section line, 50.0 ft.; thence N0°53'38"W, 215.0 ft.; thence S89°44'06"E, 100.0 ft. to the Point of Beginning. Contains 13.63 Acres. SECTION 2: ~eights Subdivision. A. Subject to the exception set forth in Subsection (B) below, the following described lands and property within the boundaries of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, known as the Heights Subdivision, are hereby re-zoned and changed from Agricultural-Transitional (A-T) to Combined Residential (R- 2): Commencing at the South 1,/4 corner of Section 4, Township 6 South, Range 34 East, Boise Meridian, and running thence North 0024' West 2631.43 feet; thence North 89046' East 1320.22 feet; thence South 0°27' East 1986.94 feet; thence West 44~.0 feet; thence South 0°27' East 650.0 feet; thence West 877.43 feet, more or less, to the Point of Deginning- B.
