AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, kMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 112 OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO,
ENACTED ON THE ~7~ DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1972, BY
ADDING THERETO SECTION 7A, TO BE INSERTED FOLLOWING THE
EXISTING SECTION 7, FIXING RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMPLIANCE
WITH THE FOREGOING PROVISIONS OF SAID ORDINANCE; AND
PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
SECTION 1: Amendment. That Ordinance No. 112 of the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho, enacted on the /~. day of
September, 1972, regulating livestock within the city, is
hereby amended by adding thereto Section 7A, to be inserted
following the existing Section 7 of said ordinance, as
follows:
"SECTION 7A. Compliance with the foregoing
provisions of this ordinance shall be the joint, and
several responsibility, of the owner of the animals in
question, of the 'owner of the premises in question, and
of any person keeping or permitting to be kept the
animals in question on the premis~s in question." '
SECTION 2: Effective date. This ordinance shall
become effective upon its passage, approval and publication
as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR of the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho, this 23 rd day of March
