HomeMy WebLinkAbout0165 Annual Appropriation 1976 ORDINANCE NO. 165 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO, APPROPRIATING THE SEVERAL SUMS OF MONEY DEEMED NECESSARY AND SUFFICIENT TO DEFRAY ALL EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING ON THE 1st DAY OF JANUARY, 1976, AND ENDING ON THE 31st DAY OF DECEMBER, 1976, AND DESIGNATING THE DIFFERENT FUNDS TO WHICH THE REVENUES RECEIVED DURING SAID FISCAL YEAR SHALL BE CREDITED AND FROM WHICH EXPENSES SHALL BE DRAWN AND PAID, AND KNOWN AS THE "ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE OF 1976" PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 50-1003, IDAHO CODE: PROVIDING FOR THIS ORDINANCE TO TAKE EFFECT AFTER ITS PASSAGE, APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION ACCORDING TO LAW. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS: Section l: That the following funds are hereby designated as the proper funds into which all revenues accruing to the City of Chubbuck from all sources shall be paid during the fiscal year beginning on the 1st day of January, 1976 and ending on the 31st day of December 1976; GENERAL FUND - WATERWORKS FUND - SEWER REVENUE FUND - WATER REVENUE BOND FUND SEWER REVENUE BOND AND INTEREST FUND, SERIES 10-1-72 Section 2: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the General Fund for the pajnnent of all general expenses of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year: 410-General Government 422-Law Enforcement & Protection 423-Fire Control & Prevention 424-Building Inspection 430-Transportation-Highway, Streets & Roads 432-Engineering 438-Parks-Physical Environment 452-Health & Welfare 490-Other Governmental Purposes TOTAL GENERAL FUND $102,750.00 101,850.00 50,561.85 14,000.00 76,960.00 18,000.00 24,000.00 7,755.00 65,782.38 461,659.23 (Seal) Section 3: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the Waterworks Fund for the payment of all waterworks expenses, garbage sanitation ex- penses and sewage expenses of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year: 434-Waterworks-Salaries & Administration $312,210.89 433-Sanitation-Salaries & Administration 56,445.20 435-Sewage'Salaries & Administration 184,378.67 Sewage Reserve & Bond & Interest Transfers (86,530.00 TOTAL WATERWORKS FUND 466.504.76 Section 4: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the Water Revenue Bond Fund for the payment of all water revenue bond construction expenses of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year. 434-Water Revenue Bond Fund 250,000.00 Section 5: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the Sewer Fund for the payment of all sewer construction expenses of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year. 435-Sewer Construction 25.238.09 Section 6: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the Sewer Revenue Bond and Interest Fund, Series 10-1-72 for the payment of all bonds and interest due on sewer system project of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid year. 435- Sewer Revenue Bond & Interest Fund 69,700.00 Section 7: That all Ordinances, Resolutions, or parts thereof, in conflict herewith are expressly repealed; That the rule requiring ordinances to be read on three separate days is hereby dispensed with, and this Ordinance shall become effective upon its approval and publication as provided by law.
