AH ORDINANCE TERMED THE INTERIM APPROPRIATION BILL, APPROPRIATING MONEY
IN SUCH SUM AND SUMS AS ARE DEEMED NECESSARY TO DEFRAY ALL PROPER EXPENSES
AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO NOT OTHERWISE PROVIDED FOR,
FOR THE INTERIM PERIOD FROM JANUARY 1, 1977 UNTIL THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION
ORDINANCE IS APPROVED, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF 50-1005, IDAHO CODE.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho:
Section l: That there is appropriated out of any money in the
City Treasury, for the purpose of defraying the necessary expenses and
liabilities of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, for the interim period beginning
January 1, 1977, until the annual appropriation ordinance is approved, the
sum and sums of money or so much thereof as may be necessary for the following
amount, to-wit:
General Fund
Water, Sewer & Sanitation Fund
Sewer Revenue Bond & Int.
Sewer Construction Fund
Water Revenue Bond & Int.
Water Revenue Bond, Const. & Acquisition Fund- -
Total Amount

Section 2. That all ordinances or resoultions or parts thereof
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect from and after
its passage, approval and publication, an emergency existing therefor, which
emergency is hereby found and declared to exist.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho,
