AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDING
SECTION 6(1) OF ORDINANCE NO. 180 OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO, TO PROHIBIT LOCATION OF ANY FIREWORKS STAND WITH-
IN ONE HUNDRED FEET OF ANY SITE FOR STORING OR DISPENSING
FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS OR GASES; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS
ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
SECTION 1: Section 6(1) of Ordinance No. 180 of the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho, passed and approved on the 16th day of
June, 1977, is hereby amended as follows:
SECTION 6: Temporary Fireworks Stands. Ail
permitted activities shall be conducted from within a
temporary fireworks stand, and the conduct of such
activities from any other building, structure, or site
is prohibited - Temporary fireworks stands shall be
subject to the following regulations:
(1) No fireworks stand shall be located with-
in twenty-five feet (25') of any other building nor
within one hundred feet (100') of any ga~e-~a~½~
~ite for storing p_r_~pens~Dg _flammable liquids or
gasses.
SECTION 2: Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become
effective upon its passage, approval and publication as provided
by law.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR, of the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho, this 24 th day of April , 1979.
