ORDINANCE NO. 200
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO ANNEXING
CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE YELLOWSTONE HIGHWAY RIGHT-
OF-WAY TO BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES AND
JURISDICTIONAL LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO; ..RECITING THAT NO ZONING CLASSIFICATION NEED
BE APPLIED TO SAID LANDS; DIRECTING THE CHUBBUCK CITY
CLERK TO COMPLY WITH THE FILING REQUIREMENTS CONTAINED
IN IDAHO CODE SECTION 63-2215; AND PROVIDING I~4EN THIS
OP~INANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
Section 1: Annexation. The following described
lands, located within Bannock County and contiguous to the
existing boundaries of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, are
hereby annexed and included within the boundaries and juris-
dictional limits of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho:
Yellowstone Highway, 33 feet, more or less, each
side of the highway center line;the highway
center line being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the North 1/4 corner of Section 3,
T. 6S., R. 34E., B.M., Bannock County, Idaho;
thence westerly 4.0 feet, more or less, to the
True Point of Beginning; thence Southerly 2640 feet,
more or less to the latitudinal center line of
Section 3.
Section 2: ZoninE. The above-described lands,
newly annexed to the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, consist entirely
of a public vehicular right-of-way and need not be subject
to a zoning classification.
Section 3: Filing. The Chubbuck City Clerk is
hereby directed to comply with the filing reauirements
contained in Idaho Code section 63-2215.
Section 4. Effective Date. The requirement that
ordinances be read on three separate occasions is hereby
dispensed with and this ordinance shall become effective
upon its passage, approval and publication, as provided bv
law.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR of the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho, this ]0 th day of ^pri] , 1979.
