AN (~DINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO
APPROPRIATING A SUM OF MONEY DE~2~ED NECESSARY A~D SUFFICIENT TO DEFRAY
ALL EXPF~g~ES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, FOH THE INTERIM OF
JANUARY 1, 1972 AND ENDING MARCH 31, 19~ AND BE KNOWN AS AN "INTB~IM
APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE".
BE IT (~DAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
BAN~DGK COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. THAT THE SUM OF $5~,655.00 is hereby designated as
sufficient funds for the payment of expenses and salaries until the
· "ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE" is passed.
:,I Section 2. That all ordinances or resolutions or parts therof in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby expressly repealed.
Section ~. That this ordinance shall take effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication, an emergency existing therefor, which
emergency is hereby found and declared to exist~
