ORDINANCE NO. 106
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, EXCLUDING FROM
THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, CERTAIN LANDS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho, that the following described lands
be, and the same are hereby excluded from the boundaries of
the City of Chubbuck and are no longer a part of the juris-
dictional limits or within the boundaries of the City of
Chubbuck. Said lands are more particularly described as
follows, to-wit:
The South ½ of the SW¼ of Section 12,
Township 6 South, Range 34 East Boise
