CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CitUBBUCK, IDAHO, ~NEXING CERTAIN
LA~DS TO BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK; DESCRIBING THE LANDS ANNEXED; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL
OF ~WY CONFLICTING ORDINA~NCE; PROVIDING FOR SEVERT~BILITY;
PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINTP'~CE AFTER ITS
PASSAGE, APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION ACCORDI?'~G TO LA?~, THE RULE
REQUIRING READING ON THREE SEPARATE DAYS HAVING BEE~ DISPE~SED
WI TH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ~4AYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the following described lands be, and the
same are hereby annexed and included within the boundaries of
the City of Chubbuck, Bannock County, IdaJ~o and are made a
part of the jurisdictional limits of the City of Chubbuck:
PARCEL NO. 1
All portions of the W 1/2, N~V 1/4, Section 10, T. 6 S., R.
34 E., B.M., not already included in the corporate limits
of the City of Chubbuck, including the right-of-way portions
of Hawthorne and Chubbuck Roads.
Section 2. That the following described lands be, and. the
s mme are hereby annexed and included within the boundaries
of the City of Chubbuck, Bannock County, IdMno, and are hereby
made a part of the jurisdictional limits of the City of
Chubbuck:
PARCEL NO. 2
All portions of the W 1/2, SW 1/4, Section 10, T. 6 S., R.
34 E., B.b~., not already included in the corporate limits
of the City of Chubbuck, excluding the Interstate I=lSi.~ and
Hawthorne-Road right-of-ways.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 4. The provisions of this ordinmnce are hereby de-
clared to be severable and if any provision of this ordinance
is declared invalid for any reason, such declaration shall
not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this
ordinance.
Section S. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
upon its passage, approval and publication according to law,
the rule requiring ordinances to be read on three separat~
days having been dispensed with.
PASSED AND APPROVED bY the City Council and ?<Iayor this
