NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY Tile MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF CHUBBUCK, IDgjqO: Section 1. That the real property described as: The area East of Burley Drive to the Westerly boundary of the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way and including ail the area from the Northerly boundary of Interstate IS-W, North to a point which would be an extension of the centerline of East Linden Avenue. is hereby re-zoned and changed from Zone Residential-2, Trailer~to Residential-2, Livestock. Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective upon its passage, approval and publication as provided by law, the rule requiring reading on three separate days having been dispensed with.
