AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDA~{O, PROVIDING FOR
CERTAIN L~MDS AND PROPERTY WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK TO BE RE-ZONED AND CHANGED FROM ZONE RESIDENTIAL-
2, TRAILERS TO RESIDENTIAL-2, LIVESTOCK; PROVIDING FOR THIS
ORDINA~NCE TO.~E IN EFFECT ON ITS PASSAGE, APPROVAL ~qD PUB-
LICATION ACCORDING TO LAIY, THE RULE REQUIRING ORDINANCES TO
BE READ ON THREE SEPARATE DAYS ttAVING BEEN DISPENSED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY Tile MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF CHUBBUCK, IDgjqO:
Section 1. That the real property described as:
The area East of Burley Drive to the Westerly boundary of
the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way and including ail the
area from the Northerly boundary of Interstate IS-W, North
to a point which would be an extension of the centerline of
East Linden Avenue.
is hereby re-zoned and changed from Zone Residential-2,
Trailer~to Residential-2, Livestock.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective upon its
passage, approval and publication as provided by law, the
rule requiring reading on three separate days having been
dispensed with.
