AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO
APPROPRIATING A SUM OF MONEY DEEMED NECESSARY AND SUFFICIENT TO DEFRAY
ALL EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, FOR THE INTERIM OF
JANUARY l, 197~ AND ENDING MARCH 31, 197~ AND BE KNOWN AS AN "INTERIM
APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE,,.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO:
SECTION lj THAT THE SUM OF $ 550,000.00 is hereby designated as
sufficient funds for the payment of expenses and sklaries until the
"ANN~L APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE" is passed.
Section 2.. That all ordinances or resolutions or parts thereof in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby expressly repealed.
S~.ection 3~. That this ordinance shall take effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication, an emergency existing therefor, which
emergency is hereby found and declared to exist.
