AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO APPROPRIATING
THE SEVERAL SUMS OF MONEY DE~2~ED NECESSARY AND SUFFICIENT TO DEFRAY ALL
EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
BEGINNING ON THE 1st DAY OF JANUARY, 1974, AND ENDING ON THE 31st DAY OF
DECEMBER, 197;+, ~ DESIGNATING THE DIFFERENT FUND~. TO WHICH THE REVENUES
RECEIVED DURING' ~ FISCAL YEAR SHALL BE CREDITED AND FROM WHICH EXPENSES
SHALL BE DRAWN AND PAID, AND KNOWN AS THE "ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE
OF 1974"; PROVIDING FOR THIS ORDINANCE TO TAKE EFFECT AFTER ITS PASSAGE,
APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION ACCORDING TO LAW.
NO~, THEREFORE, HE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the following funds are hereby designated as the
proper funds into which all revenues accruing to the City of Chubbuck from
all sources shall be paid during the fiscal year beginning on the 1st day
of January, 1974 and ending on the 31st day of December, 1974:
GEN~PJ~L FUND ~ WATEE~ORKS FUND *** SN~ER REVENUE FUND
Section 2: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated
from the General Fand for the payment of all general expenses of the City
of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year:
410-General Government
422-Law Enforcement & ~rotection
423-Fire Control & Prevention
4SS-Building Inspection & Administration
430-Transportation-Highway Streets & Roads
432-Engineering
43 8-Parks
452-Health & Welfare
490-Other Governmental Purposes

Section 3: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated
from the ~[aterworks Fund for the payment of all waterworks expenses, garbage
sanitation expenses and sewage revenue and administration expenses of the
City of Chubbuck Furing aforesaid-fiscal year:
434-Waterworks-Salaries, Improyements & Maint.
433-Garbage Sanitation-Salaries & Maintenance

Section 4: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated
from the Sewer Revenue Fund for the payment of all sewer construction
expenses of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year.

TOTAL OF ALL FUNDS 1,188.605.40
Section 5: That all Ordinances, Resolutions, or parts thereof, in
conflict hWrewith, are expressly repealed, and this Ordinance shall take
effect and be in D,1] force and effect upon its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.
The Council of the City of Chubbuck, aas provided by law, by one-half (½)
plus one (1) of the members of the full coun~l.~ dispense with the rule that
said ordi~nce be fully and distinctly read upon three (3) different days.
