AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, EXCLUDING CERTAIN
DESCRIBED LANDS FROM THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO; SETTING FORTH THE BOUNDARIES, AS ALTERED, OF
THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE
SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDA~INED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
SECTION 1:
That the following described lands are hereby
and no longer shall be deemed to fall within the territorial
boundaries of $~.id City:
A parcel of land lying in Section 11, Township 6 South,
Range 34 East, Boise Meridian, Bannock County, Idhho,
more accurately described as: the South half of the
Southeast quarter; excepting there from that portion of
land in the Interstate 15 right-of-way.
A parcel of land lying in Section 11, Township 6 South,
Range 34 East, Boise~Meridian, Bannock County, Idaho,
more accurately described as: the Northwest quarter of
the Southeast quarter; and the Southwest quarter of the
Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the
Southeast quarter; excepting there from that portion
of land in the Interstate 15 right-of-way.
SECTION 2: That the boundaries of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho,
as altered, are set forth in "Appendix A" attached to this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That the rule requiring ordinances to be read on
three separate days is hereby dispensed with, and this ordinance
shall become effective upon its approval and publication as provided
by law.
