ORDINANCE NO. !
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDING
CHUBBUCK CITY ORDINANCE NO. 145 TO CORRECT AN ERROR IN
THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF LANDS EXCLUDED FROM THE CITY;
STRIKING FROM CHUBBUCK CITY ORDINANCE NO. 145 THE LEGAL
DESCRIPTION OF ALL THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO, CONTAINED IN "APPENDIX A" BUT DIRECTING THE CITY
CLERK TO COMPLY WITH THE FILING REQUIREMENTS CONTAINED
IN IDAHO CODE SECTION 63-2215; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS
ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
SECTION 1: The legal descriptions of parcels of land
excluded from the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, contained in
Section 1 of Chubbuck City Ordinance No. 145, enacted on
March 25, 1975, are hereby amended in order to correct an
error therein:
A parcel of land lying in Section 11, Township 6
South, Range 34 East, Boise Meridian, Bannock
County, Idaho, more accurately described as: the
South half of the Southeast quarter;
A parcel of land lying in Section 11, Township 6
South, Range 34 East, Boise Meridian, Bannock
County, Idaho, more accurately described as: the
Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter; and
that portion of the Northeast quarter of the
Sou~hea~'t quarter ~yin~"~eSt of"the ~asterl~
riqht;o~-way line of Interstate 15.

SECTION 2: The legal description of altered boundaries
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, contained in "Appendix A" to
Ordinance No. 145 is hereby stricken from the ordinance, but
the Chubbuck City Clerk is directed to comply with the
filing requirements prescribed by Idaho Code section 63-
2215.
SECTION 3: The rule requiring ordinances to be read on
three separate days is hereby dispensed with, and this
ordinance shall become effective upon its passage, approval
and publication as provided by law.
