SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 793
Ordinance No. 793 of the City of Chub -
buck, a municipal corporation of the
state of Idaho, providing for the change
of land use district from industrial (1) to
Limited Residentialfor approxi-
mately 4.2 acres of Vol,langenerally lo-
cated on the east side of the Union Pa-
cific Railroad and Highland Storage,
north of Chubbuck Road and west of
Whitaker Road with respect to certain
lands at 820 W. Chubbuck Road lying
within the boundaries of the City of
Chubbuck and which lands are more
particularly described in the ordinance,
declaring that the city council finds that
such change in land use pattern is con-
sistent with those prescribed by the
city's comprehensivepplan; providing
that these ordinances shali be in effect
after their passage, approval and publi-
cation.

able at the City Clerk's Office, Chub -
buck City Offices, 5160 Yellowstone,
Chubbuck, ID 83202.
I have reviewed the foregoing summary
and believe it provides a true and cor-
rect summary of Ordinance No. 793 and
that the summary provides adequate
notice to the public of the contents of
this ordinance,

published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
