ORDINANCE A MISDEAF~,ANOR AND PROVIDING THAT FAILURE TO CEA~,R 0~. ABATE SHALL
CONSTITUTE A CONTINUING VIOLATION.
BE IT ORDAINY]) BY THE., MAYOH AND COUNCIl, OF THE CITY OF CHUf.',BUCK, IDAHO:
Section 1. Any person convicted of a violation of any ordinance of the
City of Chubbuck, may be fined in a s~n not to exceed three hundred dollars
($300.00) for any offense and such person may be confined in jail for a
period of not more than thirty (30) days. Either or both such fine and
imprisonment may be imposed; and in addition thereto, shy person oo convicted
shall pay such costs as the Court may assess.
Section 2. Any person convicted of driving a motor vehicle while under
the influence of intoxicating liquor or a narcotic drug may be fined in an
amount not to exceed three hundred dollars (,~:300.00) and may be confined
in jail for not more than thirty (30) days or both such fine and imprisonment.
Section 3. The penalty herein provided shall be applicable to every
ordinance of the City of Chubbuck the same as though it were a part of
each and every separate ordinance. Any person convicted of a violation of
any ordinance of this city shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. A
separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day during on or which
a violation occurs or continues.
