REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HE[~EWITH AND FIXING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
Section 1. There is hereby adopted for the purpose of governing the
licensing, sale and use o.f alcoholic beverages within the City of Chubbuck,
the la~ of the State of Idaho being particularly Title 23, Idaho Code, as
presently in effect or as may hereafter be amended by the legislature and as
contained in that certain voltmm "Idaho Liquor and Beer Laws", revised through
the acts of the 1969 legislature or by the governing body of the City of
Chubbuck. And the same are hereby adopted and incorporated as an ordinance
of the city as fully as though set forth at length herein.
Section 2. Three copies of the Idaho Liquor and Beer Laws, together with
all amendments thereto, all duly certified by' the city clerk, shall be kept
on file in the office of the city clerk for use and examination of and by
the public°
Section 3. All ordinances of the City' of Chubbuck, in conflict herewith,
are hereby repealed as of the effective date and time of this ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in fu].], force and effect January 2,
1971, 12:01 A.M.
