7HE DIFFERENT FUNDS TO WHICH THE REVENUES RECEIVED DURING SAID FISCAL YEAR SHALL

Section 1: That the following funds are hereby designated as the proper funds
.nto which all revenues accruing to the City of Chubbuck from all sources shall
e paid during the fiscal year beginning on the 1st day of January, 1970 and
nding on the 31st day of December, 1970: General Fund
Revenue Bond Interest Fund
Revenue Bond Sinking Fund
General Bond Interest Fund
General Bond Sinking Fund
Section 2: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the
eneral Fund for the payment of all general expenses of the City of Chubbuck

~ction 3: For the purpose of the payment of the interest accruing and payment
f the principal falling due on the Waterworks System Revenue Bonds of 1951,
uring the aforesaid fiscal year, there is hereby appropriated out of the
ncome from the water rentals, the following sums for the following purposes:
or the payment of interest on said Bonds .$ 600.00
r the payment on principal of said bonds $ 5,000.00

excess of the money required for payments on the revenue bonds, shall accrue
the General Fund, and Ge used for General Purposes as appropriated and set
~t in Section 2 of this Ordinance.
Section ~: Forthe purpose of meeting all other liabilities o~the City of
~ubbuck for the aforesai~ fiscal year, all money accruing to the General Bond
S ~nking Fund, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated from
~id funds to be used for the following purposes:
~r payment of interest on the General Obligation ~kterworks

~)r the payment on the principal of the General Obligation
~terworks Bonds of ~957 ................. $ 2,500.00
Section 5: That all Ordinances, Resolutions, or parts thereof, in conflict
~rewith, are expressly repealed, and this Ordinance shall be in full force and
· ~fect from and after its passage, approval, and publication as required by law,
a~ shall be known, as the "Annual Appropriation Bill of 1970."
