Section 2. That it shall be the duty of the City Clerk of the City of Chubbuck immediately after the passage, aooroval, and due oublication of this Ordinance accordin~ to law, to file with the County Recorder of Bannock County, Idaho, a certified copy of this Ordinance, duly and properly certified by her under the Corporate Seal of said City, and on the date here- inafter stated the corporate limits o~ said City of Chubbuck shalll extend to and include the above described tracts of land according to the description as hereinbefore set forth, and th. at thereafter -3- Page Fou~ Ordinance No. 7~ all property and persons within the limits of said annexed land shall be subject to the provisions of all the Ordinances of the said City of Chubbuck, and to the oolice regulations thereof. Section 3. That it shall, furthermore, be the duty of the City clerk of t-~e~ City of Chubbuck, immediately after the ~ oassage, approval and due publication of this Ordinance according !! to law, to file with the County Recorder and the County Assessor i~ of Bannock County, Idaho, and the State of Idaho Tax Commission, one cooy of the legal descriotion and a map oreoared in a drafts- 'i manlike manner, which shall olainly and clearly designate the ~i boundaries of the City of Chubbuck as altered according to the t descriotion as hereinbefore set forth of said annexed land. i! ~ That all ordinances, or resolutions, or !i oarts thereof in conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby i exoressly reoealed. That this Ordinance shall take effect from ii and after the.~th day of January, 1968. ~ The Council of the City of Chubbuck, as orovided by ii law, by one-half (4) plus one (1) of the members of the full i!
