AN ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO,
PROVIDING FOR THE SALARIES OF ELECTED OFFICIALS OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO. FIXING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF
SUCH SALARIES; MAKING SUCH SALARIES APPLICABLE TO COUN-
CILMEN, BOTH NEWLY ELECTED AND CARRY-OVER, AS PROVIDED
BY IDAHO STATUTE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCILMEN OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO.
1. The salary of the Mayor of the City of Chubbuck shall
be $ ~ ~ per month.
2. The salary of Councilmen of the City of Chubbuck
shall be $ .~'~ ~% per month.
3. Such salaries shall accrue and become effective
January l, 1968, following the general City election
to be held November 7, 1967. Such salaries shall con-
tinue for each and every month after January l, 1968,
until amended or changed by an Ordinance.
4- All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith, are hereby repealed.
5. That an emergency is hereby declared to exist and
this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its
passage, approval and publication.
PASSED BY THE COUNCILMEN OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK
and approved this 31st day of August, 1967.
