COMMITTEE MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Kevin England, Rodney Burch, Ryan Lewis, Stewart
Ward, Kent Oram, and Joey Bowers.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: January 30, 2019
Mayor England entertained a motion to approve the minutes as emailed. Lewis motioned to
approve the minutes; Ward seconded. All committee members voted in favor, motion passed.
GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. Site Selection Report.
(Committee will Review and Discuss results of City Hall site selection study).
Dale Hatch represented Meyers Anderson. Mr. Hatch presented the evaluations on 6
possible site locations for a new City Hall. Mr. Hatch stated that the location on Burley
Drive rated the best overall location for presence, proximity, orientation/access, site
capacity, community context, displacement/City revenue, economic development, public
amenities, and services/utilities.
The Committee members agreed with the results of the evaluations.
ADJOURN: Mayor England entertained a motion to adjourn at 3:00. Oram motioned to adjourn;
Ward seconded. All committee members voted in favor, motion passed.
