0059 Annual Appropriation 1963ORDINANCE NO. 59 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCKS BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO, APPROPRIATING THE SEVERAL SUMS OF MONEY DEEMED NECESSARY AND SUFFICIENT TO DEFRAY ALL EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING ON THE FIRST DAY OF JANUARY, 1964, AND ENDING ON THE 31st DAY OF DECEMBER, 1964, AND DESIGNATING THE DIFFERENT FUNDS TO WHICH THE REVENUES RECEIVED DURING SAID FISCAL YEAR SHALL BE CREDITED AND FROM WEICH EXPENSES SHALL BE DRAWN AND PAID, AND KNOWN AS Tim "ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE OF 1964." BE IT ORDAINED By the Chairman and the Board of Trustees of the Village of Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho: Section 1: That the following funds are hereby designated as the proper funds into which all revenue accruing to the Village of Chubbuck from all sources shall be paid during the fiscal year beginning on the lst day of January, 1964 and ending on the 31st day of December, 1964: General Fund Revenue Bond Interest Fund Revenue Bond Sinking Fund General Bond Interest Fund General Bond Sinking Fund Section 2: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the General Fund for the payment of all general expenses of the Village of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year: For maintenance of Village Streets --------------------- - - - - -$ 10,946.80 For Street Lights --------------------------------------- - - - -,$ 3,000.00 For salaries and wages, including salaries of the Police Officer, Water Superintendent, Village Clerk, and retainer of Village Attorney, and other salaries --------------- - - - - -- 15,770.00 For operation and maintenance of Village Waterworks System, including extensions thereto --------------------------- - - - - -y 19,815.00 For Village Fire Department ---------------------------- - - - - -$ 1,300.00 For all other miscellaneous 8- contingent purposes ------ - - - - -0 27,048.20 Total--------------------------------------------------- - - - -$ 77 880.00 Section 3: For the purpose of the payment of the interest accruing and payment of the principal falling due on the Waterworks System Revenue Bonds of 1951, during the aforesaid fiscal year, there is hereby appropriated out of the income from water rentals, the following sums for the following purposes: hereby appropriated out of the income from water rentals, the following sums for the following purposes: For the payment of interest on said bonds -------------- - - - - -0 1x720000 For the payment on principal on said bonds ------------- - - - - -$ 42000.00 For the payment on the principal and interest on the Whitaker Road Exp,ension Contract of 1959 - - - - -- 255,00 All revenue accruing from the operation of the municipal Waterworks System, in excess of the money required for payments on the revenue bonds, shall accrue to the General Fund, and be used for general purposes as appropriated and set out in Section 2 of this Ordinance. Section 4: For the purpose of meeting all other liabilities of the Village of Chubbuck for the aforesaid fiscal yeah, all money accruing to the General Bond sinking fund and interest fund, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated from said funds to be used for the following purposes: For the payment of interest on the General Obligation Waterowrks Bonds of 1957 ------------------------------- - - - - -$ 1,080000 For the payment on the principal of the General Obligation Waterworks Bonds of 1957 ------ -------- -- --------------- - - - - -0 1,500.00 Section 5: That g11 ordinances, resolutions, or parts thereof, in conflict herewith, are hereby expressly repealed, and that this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, and publicgtion, as required by law, and shall be known as the "Annual Appropriation Bill of 1963 ".
