0052 Annexation 640 Acres 1960a ORDINANCE N0. �Q AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO, ANNEXING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND, TO« -WIT: Beginning at the intersection of the longitudinal center- line of Section 11, T 6 S, R 34 E, Boise Meridian and the Southerly right of way boundary of Chubbuck Road, which point is on the Easterly boundary of the Village of Chubbuck, thence Easterly along said right of way bound- of Chubbuck Road to an intersection with the Easterly Section Line of the said Section 11. Thence Southerly along said Easterly Section Line of Section 11 to an intersection with the latitudinal centerline of the NW 4 Section 12, T 6 S, R 34 E.B.M. Thence Easterly along said latitudinal centerline of the said NW g Section 12 to an intersection with the longi- tudinal center line of the said Section 12. Thence Southerly along said longitudinal centerline of the said Section 12 to an intersection with the South Section Line of the said Section 12. Thence Southerly along the longitudinal centerline of Section 13, T 6 S, R 34 E. B. M., to an intersection with the latitudinal centerline of the NWT1 of the said Section 13. Thence Westerly along said latitudinal centerline of the said NW 4 Section 13 to an intersection with the Westerly Section Line of the said Section 13. Thence Northerly along said Westerly Section Line of the said Section 13 to an intersection with the Northerly Section Line of the said Section 13.' Thence Westerly along the Southerly Section Line of the said Section 11 to an intersection with the longitudinal centerline of the said Section 11. Thence Northerly along the said longitudinal centerline of the said Section 11 to the point of beginning. This parcel of land contains approximately 640 acres and is situated in Bannock County, State of Idaho. ALL IN BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO, TO THE VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK, AND DECLARING SAID LAND TO BE A PART OF SAID VILLAGE; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, WHEREAS, The owners of certain tracts of land in Sections 110 12 and 13, Township 6 South, Range 34 East of Boise Meridian in Bannock County, Idaho, or persons by or with the authority of the owners, have heretofore sold or began to sell off cer- tain tracts of land by metes and bounds in tracts not exceeding five (5) acres, and whereas each and every one of said tracts, parcels, or lots of land are contiguous and adjacent to the incorporated Village of Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho, and whereas the Chairman and the Board of Trustees of the Village of Chubbuck do at this time deem it advisable and for the best interests of the inhabitants of said Village to annex said adjacent tracts of land referred to and hereinafter described, and declare the same to be a part of the said Village of Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho. NOVI, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, BE IT ORDAINED By the Chairman and the Board of Trustees of the Village of Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho: Section 1. That the following described land located in Bannock County, State of Idaho, to ,-wit: Beginning at the intersection of the longitudinal center- line of Section 11, T 6 S, R 34 E, Boise Meridian and the Southerly right of way boundary of Chubbuck Road, which point is on the Easterly boundary of the Village of Chubbuck, thence Easterly along said right of way bound- ary of Chubbuck Road to an intersection with the Easterly Section Line of the said Section 11. Thence Southerly along said Easterly Section Line of Section 11 to an intersection with the latitudinal centerline of the NW 4 Section 12, T 6 S, R 34 E.B.M. Thence Easterly along said latitudinal centerline of the said NW 4 Section 12 to an intersection with the longi- tudinal center line of the said Section 12. Thence Southerly along said longitudinal centerline of the said Section 12 to an intersection with the South Section Line of the said Section 12. Thence Southerly along the longitudinal centerline of Section 13, T 6 S, R 34 E.B,M., to an intersection with the latitudinal centerline of the NGV4 of the said Section 13. "2 ". Thence Westerly along said latitudinal centerline of the said NW 4 Section 13 to an intersection with the Westerly Section Line of the said Section 13. Thence Northerly along said Westerly Section Line of the said Section 13 to an intersection with the Northerly Section line of the said Section 13. Thence Westerly along the Southerly Section Line of the said Section 11 to an intersection with the longitudinal centerline of the said Section 11. Thence Northerly along the said longitudinal centerline of the said Section 11 to the point of beginning. This parcel of land contains approximately 640 acres and is situated in Bannock County, State of Idaho. be and the same hereby is annexed to the Village of Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho, and declared to be a part of said Village. Section 2. That it shall be the duty of the Village Clerk of the Village of Chubbuck immediately after the passage, approval, and due publication of this Ordinance according to law, to file with the County Recorder of Bannock County, Idaho, a certified copy of this Ordinance, duly and properly certified by her under the corporate seal of said Village,and immediately thereafter the corporate limits of said Village of Chubbuck shall extend to and include the above described tracts of land according to the description as hereinbefore set forth, and thereafter all property and persons within the limits of said annexed lands shall be subject to the provisions of all the ordinances of the said Village of Chubbuck, and to the police regulations thereof. Section 3. That all ordinances or resolutions or parts thereof in conclict herewith be and the same hereby are ex- pressly repealed. Section 4.
