RESOLUTION No. 2019-05
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO ADOPTING THE
PARKS MASTER DEVELOPMENT PLAN.
WHEREAS, The City contracted with Jackson Land Development, PC ("JLD") to
develop a Parks Master Plan;
WHEREAS, JLD has delivered a document to the City titled "Parks Master
Development Plan Amended 2019" which consists of a Sixty (60) page plan with attached Park
Construction Minimum Requirements;
WHEREAS the Mayor, City Council and Staff have reviewed the document delivered by
JLD and believe it to be a workable, non-binding capital improvement plan for the City's Parks
for the future.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Chubbuck as follows:
The "Parks Master Development Plan Amended 2019" delivered by JLD is hereby
adopted by the City as its Parks Master Plan.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR ON June 5, 2019.
