F9 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK, B.ANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO, ANNh-XIIVG THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND, TO -WIT: Beginning at the intersection of the latitudinal centerline of Sec. 10, T66, R34E, B.M. and the extension of the westerly right of way line of Burnside Road; thence east along said latitudinal centerline of Sections 10 and 11, T66, R34E, B.Tt. to the center 1/4 corner of said - Section 11; thence north along the meridional centerline of Sections 11 and 2, T63, R34E, B.M. to the center 1/4 corner of said Section 2; thence west along the latitudinal centerline of said Section 2, to the easterly right of way line of the Hiline Road; thence southerly along said right of way line to a point 600 feet north of the south line of said Section 2:; thence west parallel to the south line of said Section 2 to the westerly right of way line of Whitaker Road;; thence north along said westerly right of way line to the latitudinal centerline of Section 3, T66, R34E, B.M.; thence west along said latitudinal centerline to the westerly sigh of way line of the Union Pacific Railroad; thence S.l -081E. along said westerly right of way line 1131.6 feet; thence 6.880- 52'W.50 feet; thence S.10- 081E.- 1550 feet, more or less, to the south right of way line of Chubbuck road; thence west along said right of way line to the east 1/16 line of-See. 10, T68, R34E, B.M.; thence south along said 1/16 line to the north line of the south 1/2 SV NEB' See. 10, T63, R34E, B.M. ; thence west 25 feet; thence south along the westerly right of way line of Burnside Road to the point of beginning. . . ALL IN BANN OCK COUNTY, IDAHO, TO THE VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK, AND DECLARING SAID LAND TO BE A PART 01' SAID VILLF);GE; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCE6 OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CON- FLICT HER -IdITH AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHERE&S, The owners of certain tracts of land in Sections 2, 3, 10, and 11, Township 6 South, Range 34 East of Boise Meridian in Bannock County, Idaho, or persons by or with the authority of the owners, have heretofore sold or began to sell off certain tracts of land by metes and bounds in tracts not exceeding five (5) acres, and whereas each and every one of said tracts, parcels, or lots of land are contiguous and adjacent to the incorporated Village of Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho, and whereas the Chair- man and the Board of Trustees of the Village of Chubbuck do at this time deem it advisable and for the best interests of the inhabitants of said Village to annex said adjacent tracts of land referred to and hereinafter described, and declare the same to be a part of the said Village of Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho. NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of the premises, BE IT ORDAINED By the Chairman and the Board of Trustees of the Village of Chubbuck, Bannock.County, Idaho: Section 1. Beginning at the intersection of the latitudinal centerline of Sec. 10, T6a, R34E, B.M. and the extension of the westerly right of way line of Burnside Road; thence east along said latitudinal centerline of Sections 10 and 11, T66, R34E, B.M. to the center 1/4 corner of said Section 11; thence north along the meridional centerline of Sections 11 and 2, T66, R34E, B.M. to the center 1/4 corner of said Section 2:; thence west along the latitudinal centerline of said Section 2, to the easterly right of way line of the Hiline Road; thence southerly along said right of way line to a point 600 feet north of the south line of said 6eetion 2.; thence west parallel to the south line of said Section 2 to the westerly right of way line of VThitaker Road; thence north along said westerly right of way line to the latitudinal centerline of Section 3, T66, R34E, B.M.; thence west along said latitudinal center- line to the westerly right of way line of the Union Pacific Railroad; thence S.10-08tE. along said west- erly right of way line 1131.6 feet; thence 6.880-521W. 50 feet; thence S.10-081E. 1550 feet, more or less, to the south right of way line of Chubbuck Road; thence west along said right of way line to the east 1/16 line of Sec. 10, T66, R34E, B.M.; thence south along said 116 line to the north line of the south 1/2 aGV' NE' Sec. 10, `1'6S, R34E, B.M.; thence west 25 feet; thence south along the westerly right of way line of Burnside Road to the point of beginning. be and the same hereby is annexed to the Village of Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho, and declared to be a part of said village. Section 2. That it shall be the duty of the village clerk 'of the Village of Chubbuck immediately after the passage, approv and due publication of this Ordinance according to law, to file with the County Recorder of Bannock County, Idaho, a certified copy of this Ordinance, duly and properly certified by her under the corporate seal of said Village, and immediately thereafter the corporate limits of said Village of Chubbuck shall extend to and include the above described tracts of land according to the description as hereinbefore set forth, and thereafter all pro- perty and persons within the limits of said annexed lands shall be subject to the provisions of all the ordinances of the said Village of Chubbuck, and to the police regulations thereof. Section 3. That all ordinances or resolutions or parts thereof in conflict herewith be and the same hereby are expressly re-oealed. Section 4. That this ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage, approval and publication, an emergency exist- ing therefor. PA66L'U AIM APPROVED This _J2,,/day of April, 1959.
