That it shall be the duty of the Village Cle rk of the Village of Chubbuck, immediately after the passage, approv -i1 al and due publication of this ordinance, according to the law, and said Clerk is hereby directed to file with the County Record- er of Bannock County, State of Idaho, a certified copy of this Ordinance, duly and properlycertified by her, and under the corporate seal of the Village of Chubbuck, and immediately there- after the incorporated limits of the said Village of Chubbuck shah extend to and include the above- described lands, and all of them, and thereafter all property and persons within the limits of the said annexed lands shall be subject to all of the provisions of the said Village of Chubbuck, and to the police regulations thereof. SECTION 3. That all Ordinances or Resolutions, or parts thereof , in conflict - he re wi th, be, and the" same are hereby F expressly repealed.
