"IIMMS, it appears to the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Chubbuck, that there are certain Lands lying ad- ja.cent end contiguous
to the Village of Chubbuck, Idaho, tracts of land containing not more than five
(5) acres each, by metes and bounds descriptions, a.11 -being i_pclitd.ee v7ithin the
property hereinafter particularly described;
AND, Uh3MMS, the lands hereinafter described are each and all
adjacent and contiguous to the incorporated 1 -imits of the Village of Chubbuck
Bannock County, Idaho.
AND, 1AFTIERFAS, the Chairman and Boaxd of Trustees of the. Village
of Chubbuck, do at this time, deem it advienble and for the best interest of
the inhabitants of the said Village, to annex the hereinafter described 1ra.nd s,
and to declare the same to be a, ,part of the Village of Chubbuck, Bannock County,

Section 1. That the following lands, adjacent and contiguous
to the Village of Chubbuck,.Bannock County, Idaho, respectivel`T, be, and the
same are hereby annexed to the Village of Chubbuck, under the -?rovisions of
Section 50 -303 of the Idaho Code, to -wit:
That certain property lying and being in Bannock County, Id -.ho,
and Power County, Idaho, described as follows:
Be :in ing at a point on the Westerly line of the Village of Chubtnzck,
same being a point on the South right -of -way line of the Chubbuck Road
that is 575.0 feet T,^resterly and 25.0 feet Southerly from the West 1116
corner on the.North line of Section 10, T. 6 S., R. 34 E.B.M.,
Thence Westerly along the South right -of -way Tine of Chubbuck Road 2 1/8
